Innovise Limited was founded in 2001 to help small and medium sized businesses get the most out of their investment in Information Technology. While working on various projects, patterns started to emerge. Investment in Technology was not the platform to help businesses be more productive or successful - it was a catalyst for change.
While continuing to work on technology projects, Innovise started to build a set of guiding principals that could make a profound difference to business.
How We do business
Our aim is to empower our customers to make good decisions. Like beautifully designed products, good decisions often appear simple and elegant. We help our customers consider their situation from three key perspectives: their business, the market environment, the information technology available.
It is often difficult for a business to objectively look at itself. It can also be a waste of time getting an independent assessment, like staring into a mirror. Innovise has a clear purpose - to enable our customers to make good decisions. We help our customers understand their business as it relates to the specific situation at hand.
Our market assessments are aimed at the dynamics of the marketplace, instead of its measurement. We look at the value or core competencies of a business and how they relate to the market. Innovise has a wide range of exeriences with different ways to segment markets, channels and business relationships. We can help qualify and quantify the market opportunities, and the various value chain models to address them.
Technology is what makes business exciting. We keep up to date with new technologies and how they are used by businesses.

We have been there done that with technology. 25 years ago, we were outsourcing to mainframes and meeting each other face to face. 15 years ago we were emailing and starting to call each other on cellphones. 10 years ago we were building websites and texting each other. 5 years ago the world started outsourcing to cloud computing providers and meeting avatar to avatar on social networks.
